What else can our system do?

The system facilitates full version control managed by a check-in and check-out process to ensure they always have the latest version of the document. Access to confidential documents, such as personnel files, can be restricted, whereas less sensitive items such as induction packs, presentations and company announcements can be made freely available.

In addition, the capability to set up user accounts allows you to share selected documents with third parties such as suppliers and customers. The system accommodates all common file formats, including: Microsoft Office documents / spreadsheets; images; Acrobat PDF files; and videos and other multimedia.

The system integrates seamlessly with our other process management tools.
